The Role
As a Weekend Shift Specialist, you will be the first line of defense for our clients, ensuring technical issues are resolved swiftly and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues via phone, chat, and email.
- Manage and prioritize incoming support tickets in our ticketing system with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Document technical solutions and customer interactions to maintain a comprehensive knowledge base.
- Collaborate with the internal engineering team to escalate complex issues and suggest product improvements.
- Adhere to strict service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in IT or related field is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of Windows, macOS, and troubleshooting network connectivity issues.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical users.
- Must be available to work alternating weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and one weekday shift per week.
- Strong customer service orientation and ability to remain calm under pressure.
