Responsibilities
- Provide technical troubleshooting and support for end-users via phone and email.
- Manage and resolve incoming help desk tickets efficiently during peak weekend hours.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction scores and service quality metrics are met.
- Collaborate with the team to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
- Document all technical interactions, resolutions, and solutions accurately in the ticketing system.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace and adhere to company security protocols.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Basic knowledge of Windows, macOS, and mobile operating systems.
- Strong ability to work weekends without conflict.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues effectively.
- Must be willing to start immediately (within 7 days).
