Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 technical support to end-users via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software applications for the office.
- Maintain and update computer inventory and ensure all systems are secure and compliant.
- Collaborate with the network team to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
- Assist in the deployment of new workstations and peripherals.
- Document technical procedures and support tickets accurately.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Previous experience in Help Desk or IT Support roles (1-3 years preferred).
- Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows 10/11 and macOS.
- Strong knowledge of networking concepts, TCP/IP, and VPNs.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and customer service attitude.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
