Responsibilities
- Architect and develop scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications using modern frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features with speed and precision.
- Mentor junior developers, conducting thorough code reviews and knowledge transfer sessions.
- Optimize database performance and ensure application responsiveness across all devices.
- Debug complex production issues and implement immediate patches to minimize downtime.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from concept to deployment.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Full Stack Web Development.
- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and Node.js.
- Strong experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a remote-first hybrid setting.
- BS in Computer Science or equivalent technical experience.
