Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy high-performance backend services using Go and Python
- Lead architectural decisions for microservices infrastructure on AWS
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and pair programming

- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend development with Go/Python
- Expertise in distributed systems, REST APIs, and cloud architectures
- Proven track record of shipping production-grade applications
