Responsibilities
- Execute efficient order picking, packing, and shipping processes to ensure 99% on-time delivery.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and according to protocols.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and damage, reporting discrepancies immediately.
- Collaborate with the morning shift team to ensure a smooth handover of inventory.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to update inventory counts and track orders.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Flexibility to work rotating weekends (Saturday and Sunday) from 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer literacy skills.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
