Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with 99% accuracy.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems.
- Inventory Management: Conduct cycle counts and maintain accurate stock levels.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for defects and ensure packaging integrity.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company guidelines.
Qualifications
- Experience: Prior warehouse experience is preferred but not required; training provided.
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and teamwork mentality.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
