Responsibilities
- Supervise 8-12 team members during overnight operations (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Optimize workflow efficiency for inbound/outbound logistics
- Enforce safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Conduct quality control audits on inventory movements
- Resolve operational issues and escalate complex problems
- Prepare shift reports and performance metrics
- Train new hires on equipment and procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years warehouse/supply chain experience
- Previous night shift supervisory role required
- Forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Strong conflict resolution and communication skills
- Proficient in warehouse management systems (WMS)
- OSHA 10 certification preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- High school diploma or equivalent
