Responsibilities
- Oversee 15+ night shift employees in warehouse operations
- Ensure OSHA compliance and safety protocols are strictly followed
- Manage inventory control and optimize workflow efficiency
- Resolve operational issues and coordinate with day shift teams
- Generate daily performance reports and recommend process improvements
- Train new hires on equipment and safety procedures
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance records
Qualifications
- 3+ years in warehouse/supervisory role
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Experience with WMS systems and inventory software
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent (degree preferred)
