About the Role:
As a Weekend Customer Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our valued clients. You will leverage your technical aptitude and communication skills to resolve inquiries, manage data, and ensure a seamless customer experience during our peak weekend hours.
Responsibilities
- Manage incoming customer inquiries via email and phone with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Enter and verify complex data into our CRM systems with 99% accuracy.
- Resolve technical issues and escalate complex cases to senior support staff when necessary.
- Document all interactions in our support ticketing system (Zendesk/Salesforce).
- Collaborate with the team to improve workflow efficiency and customer satisfaction scores.
- Perform quality assurance checks on support tickets before closing.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Fast typing speed (40+ WPM) and excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle high-volume situations professionally.
