Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat during weekend shifts.
- Resolve technical issues and product inquiries with a focus on first-contact resolution.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the support team to troubleshoot complex issues and improve service processes.
- Adhere to all company policies, quality standards, and compliance regulations.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products to enhance customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Mandatory: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer navigation.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult situations with professionalism.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.
