Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues by identifying the root cause and providing effective solutions.
- Accurately process orders, returns, and exchanges using our internal CRM software.
- Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge to assist customers effectively.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily and weekly performance targets.
- Document all customer interactions and feedback within the company database.
- Assist in training new hires by sharing best practices and company procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree is a plus.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with Windows or Mac operating systems.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- A valid driver's license is not required, but reliable transportation is recommended.
- Flexibility to work a full-time schedule, including weekends and holidays.
