- Handle high-volume customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with exceptional professionalism

- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation in our CRM system
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Contribute to weekend operational excellence through proactive problem-solving
- Support inventory management and quality assurance processes

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in high-contact environments
- Exceptional communication skills with proven ability to de-escalate situations
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce experience preferred)
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions without supervision
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities during weekend shifts
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree a plus
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license (if occasional site visits required)
