Responsibilities
- Execute the safe and efficient loading and unloading of freight trucks to ensure timely distribution.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and maintain precise stock records using warehouse management systems.
- Operate heavy machinery, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, while strictly adhering to safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow and resolve operational challenges.
- Package and label merchandise accurately to prevent damage during transit.
- Assist in the organization of inventory storage areas to maximize space utilization.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or retail is a plus but not mandatory.
- Physical ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory software are preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid identification and proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
- Must be available for flexible shifts, including weekends and overtime as needed.
