Responsibilities
- Provide on-site and remote technical support for hardware, software, and network systems
- Diagnose and resolve IT issues including desktop/laptop malfunctions, OS troubleshooting, and printer configurations
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and security protocols across Windows and macOS environments
- Deploy and maintain IT infrastructure including servers, cloud services, and backup systems
- Document technical procedures and maintain accurate asset inventory
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement technology solutions
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry best practices
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience in corporate environments
- Proficiency with Windows OS, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365
- Strong knowledge of network protocols, VPN, and cloud services (AWS/Azure)
- CompTIA Network+ or Security+ certification preferred
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to prioritize tasks
- Valid Wisconsin driver's license for occasional client site visits
