Responsibilities
- Provide 24/7 technical troubleshooting and support for internal systems and client-facing applications.
- Analyze incoming service tickets and resolve technical issues efficiently and accurately.
- Document all technical interactions, resolutions, and system updates in our ticketing system.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless handover of critical incidents.
- Maintain a high level of system uptime and ensure all security protocols are strictly followed during night operations.
- Assist in the installation and configuration of hardware and software updates as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred).
- Previous experience in technical support, IT help desk, or customer service is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Reliable transportation (though not required for shift work).
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficient in using ticketing systems and basic operating systems.
