Responsibilities
- Design and implement secure, scalable cloud infrastructure solutions for federal agencies
- Lead migration of legacy systems to cloud-native architectures
- Develop CI/CD pipelines using Terraform, Ansible, and Kubernetes
- Implement advanced monitoring and observability with Datadog/CloudWatch
- Ensure compliance with FedRAMP and NIST standards
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver mission-critical projects
Qualifications
- 5+ years of cloud engineering experience with AWS/Azure/GCP
- Expertise in infrastructure-as-code (Terraform/CloudFormation)
- Strong background in container orchestration (Kubernetes/ECS)
- Federal IT compliance experience (FedRAMP, NIST SP 800-53)
- CI/CD pipeline implementation (Jenkins, GitLab CI)
- Proficiency in Python, Go, or Java for automation
- Active Secret clearance or ability to obtain one
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
