Responsibilities
- Provide technical troubleshooting and customer service via phone, email, and chat during night hours.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues for B2B clients.
- Maintain accurate, detailed records of all customer interactions in CRM systems.
- Escalate complex technical issues to the senior engineering team during overlapping shifts.
- Collaborate with the day shift support team to ensure seamless workflow continuity.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in technical support or customer service (1+ years preferred).
- Strong understanding of operating systems (Windows, macOS) and network basics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM).
