Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks in a busy warehouse environment
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders with barcode scanners
- Maintain organized inventory storage systems and conduct cycle counts
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet weekend shipping deadlines
- Operate automated conveyor systems and sorting equipment
- Complete daily warehouse reports and documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience required
- Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain within first week)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for 8-hour shifts
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Flexible availability Saturdays/Sundays (6 AM - 2:30 PM)
- Basic computer literacy and barcode scanner experience
- Background check and drug test required for immediate hire
