Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners
- Perform inventory counts and cycle checks with precision
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently
- Maintain clean and organized workspaces per OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Resolve shipping discrepancies and documentation errors
- Adhere to all safety protocols and quality control measures
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience required
- OSHA certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Proficient in RF scanning technology and WMS systems
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Flexible schedule with weekend availability mandatory
- Valid forklift certification preferred
