Responsibilities
- Oversee weekend warehouse operations ensuring safety protocols and productivity targets are met
- Coordinate with day-shift managers for seamless transition of critical tasks
- Lead a team of 8-12 hourly staff during peak weekend operations
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and maintenance scheduling
- Resolve operational issues and implement corrective actions in real-time
- Generate shift reports and performance metrics for leadership review
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years supervisory experience in logistics/warehouse environment
- Proven ability to manage weekend shift rotations and weekend staff
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to make quick decisions
- Advanced proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends and holidays
- Valid Washington State driver's license required
