Responsibilities
- Manage 15-20 weekend warehouse staff, ensuring optimal productivity and safety protocols
- Coordinate inventory control systems and order fulfillment processes
- Implement corrective actions for operational inefficiencies during off-peak hours
- Conduct shift handovers and maintain detailed operational documentation
- Train new hires on equipment operation and company procedures
- Resolve escalated customer inquiries and vendor coordination issues
- Monitor compliance with OSHA and company safety regulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years supervisory experience in logistics or warehouse environments
- Valid forklift certification and hazardous materials handling training
- Proven ability to lead teams during non-standard shifts
- Strong conflict resolution and decision-making skills
- Proficient in WMS systems (SAP or Oracle preferred)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexible availability for 12-hour weekend shifts (Sat/Sun)
