Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders within warehouse systems
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely (certification provided)
- Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts
- Load/unload shipments with attention to detail
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team to meet weekend productivity targets
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Available for both Saturday and Sunday shifts (6 AM - 2 PM)
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn WMS systems
- Reliable transportation to North San Diego facility
