Responsibilities
- Oversee weekend warehouse operations and ensure compliance with safety protocols
- Manage and motivate 5-7 team members during peak weekend shifts
- Coordinate inventory management and order fulfillment processes
- Resolve operational challenges and escalate critical issues promptly
- Maintain accurate shift documentation and performance metrics
- Conduct pre-shift safety briefings and equipment inspections
- Collaborate with weekday supervisors for seamless workflow transitions
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in logistics/warehouse operations
- Proven ability to work independently during weekend shifts
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Forklift certification and OSHA 10-hour training preferred
- Excellent communication and team leadership abilities
- Flexible availability for Saturday/Sunday shifts (6 AM - 6 PM)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
