- Process urgent orders and transactions using proprietary CRM systems

- Collaborate with on-call supervisors to implement weekend-specific protocols
- Document interactions and maintain accurate customer records
- Support inventory management for weekend fulfillment centers
- Train on weekend-specific operational procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in high-volume environments
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, Zendesk, or similar)
- Exceptional problem-solving skills under pressure
- Weekend availability (Fri-Sun) with flexible scheduling
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
