- Monitor system alerts and handle urgent technical escalations immediately.
- Maintain detailed logs of all interactions and service activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve night shift workflows.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service or technical support is highly preferred.
- Must be available to work the Night Shift (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong computer literacy and typing proficiency.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
