Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer inquiries with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Resolve complex customer issues efficiently by leveraging technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.
- Document all customer interactions and account information accurately in our CRM system.
- Maintain a professional and empathetic demeanor while managing difficult situations.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless service continuity.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite and web-based applications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license is a plus.
