Responsibilities
- Handle 50+ customer inquiries daily via phone, email, and chat with exceptional professionalism
- Resolve complex customer issues using CRM tools and escalation protocols
- Collaborate with sales and technical teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Maintain detailed customer records and document all interactions
- Identify upsell opportunities to drive revenue growth
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge
- Meet/exceed monthly performance metrics including CSAT and resolution rates
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in fast-paced environments
- Proficient in CRM software (Salesforce experience preferred)
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize competing demands
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree a plus
- Available for flexible scheduling including weekends
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a solutions-oriented mindset
- Valid Colorado driver's license (occasional site visits required)
