The Role:
You will be responsible for architecting scalable web applications and leading the technical direction of our core products. You will work closely with product managers and designers to deliver high-quality software solutions that solve complex business problems.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks (React/Node.js).
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior developers to ensure code quality and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Optimize application performance and ensure high availability of our services.
- Participate in architectural planning and technology stack selection.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues and implement robust debugging solutions.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in full stack software development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and Node.js.
- Experience with SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL databases.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS or GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
