Responsibilities

- Collaborate with team leads to identify process improvements and streamline support workflows.
- Document all interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory for this urgent hire.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
