Responsibilities
- Oversee 15+ team members during overnight shift operations
- Implement and enforce safety protocols across all warehouse activities
- Coordinate inventory management, receiving, and shipping processes
- Train and mentor new hires on equipment operation and procedures
- Generate daily performance reports and address operational bottlenecks
- Collaborate with day shift teams for seamless handover processes
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and company regulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience with night shift background
- Forklift certification and OSHA 30-hour training preferred
- Proficient in WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)

- Valid Florida driver's license with clean record
