Responsibilities
- Oversee 15+ member night shift team, ensuring safety and productivity standards
- Coordinate inbound/outbound logistics using WMS systems
- Implement lean methodologies to reduce waste and improve efficiency
- Conduct quality audits and resolve operational discrepancies
- Manage inventory control and cycle counts
- Train and mentor new night shift associates
- Collaborate with day shift for seamless transition
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience
- Night shift or 24/7 operations background required
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency in WMS platforms (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Forklift certification (OSHA-approved)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- High school diploma or equivalent (degree preferred)
