Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in logistics or warehouse operations
- Valid Florida driver's license and clean driving record
- Proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong conflict resolution and team leadership abilities
- Ability to work flexible weekends (Fri-Sun) with potential overtime
