Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor 8-12 weekend team members across multiple departments
- Ensure all safety protocols and operational standards are strictly maintained
- Optimize workflow efficiency during weekend peak hours (Sat-Sun 6AM-6PM)
- Coordinate with overnight shift for seamless transition and handover
- Monitor inventory levels and address supply chain discrepancies
- Conduct shift briefings and performance reviews
- Implement process improvements for weekend-specific challenges
Qualifications
- 3+ years supervisory experience in logistics/warehouse operations
- Proven ability to manage weekend shifts with minimal oversight
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Strong problem-solving skills under pressure
- Experience with WMS systems (SAP/JDA preferred)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Valid Nebraska driver's license
- Available for flexible weekend shifts including holidays
