Responsibilities
- Oversee weekend warehouse operations including receiving, packing, and shipping
- Manage team of 5-8 part-time associates with performance coaching
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Coordinate inventory management and cycle counts
- Resolve operational issues and escalate critical concerns
- Complete daily shift reports and documentation
- Maintain clean, organized work environment
Qualifications
- 2+ years supervisory experience in logistics/warehouse
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- OSHA 10 certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Proficient with inventory management software
- Weekend availability (Friday-Sunday) mandatory
- Valid driver's license required
- High school diploma or equivalent
