Responsibilities
- Manage and direct weekend warehouse staff to maintain operational efficiency
- Oversee inventory control, shipping/receiving, and quality assurance processes
- Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA standards
- Resolve operational issues and escalate critical concerns to management
- Conduct shift briefings and performance reviews for weekend team members
- Coordinate cross-functional communication with weekday supervisors
- Optimize workflow using warehouse management systems (WMS)
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years warehouse/supervisory experience required
- Strong leadership skills with proven team management abilities
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training preferred
- Proficiency in WMS software and inventory management tools
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid Tennessee driver's license required
- Availability for all weekend shifts (Sat/Sun 6AM-6PM)
