Responsibilities
- Oversee 15+ night shift warehouse staff, ensuring optimal productivity and safety protocols
- Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
- Conduct pre-shift briefings and address real-time operational challenges
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with OSHA/FDA standards
- Collaborate with day shift teams for seamless transition of operations
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in 24/7 operations
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and RF scanning technology
- Strong conflict resolution and team leadership abilities
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Flexible schedule with reliable transportation for night shifts
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
