Responsibilities
- Execute daily warehouse operations including picking, packing, and shipping orders efficiently and accurately.
- Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and electric pallet jacks safely and within regulations.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records in our WMS.
- Ensure strict adherence to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and resolve operational bottlenecks.
- Perform quality control checks on outgoing shipments to minimize errors.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift with proper lifting techniques.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control standards.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
