Responsibilities
- Coordinate and track inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely delivery and accurate documentation.
- Monitor inventory levels using ERP systems and communicate stock discrepancies immediately.
- Prepare and verify shipping documents, including bills of lading and packing slips.
- Collaborate with warehouse staff and external carriers to resolve shipping delays and logistical issues.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, OSHA standards, and company policies.
- Process purchase orders and manage vendor relationships to optimize supply chain performance.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Logistics or Supply Chain preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain management.
- Proficiency in logistics software (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Valid Driver's License and clean driving record.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime during peak seasons.
