Responsibilities
- Analyze Logistics Data: Monitor supply chain KPIs, track inventory levels, and forecast demand to ensure optimal stock availability.
- Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in the supply chain and implement solutions to improve efficiency and reduce lead times.
- Vendor Management: Collaborate with third-party logistics providers and vendors to negotiate contracts and ensure service level agreements are met.
- Reporting: Generate comprehensive reports for senior management regarding supply chain performance and cost-saving initiatives.
- Compliance: Ensure all supply chain activities comply with local and international regulations.
Qualifications
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in supply chain analysis, logistics, or operations.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) is highly preferred.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex data clearly.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot complex logistics issues.
