Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, pack, and ship packages according to quality standards
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and warehouse equipment safely
- Maintain accurate inventory records using RF scanning technology
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet weekend delivery deadlines
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and housekeeping standards
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience required
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Basic computer literacy (RF scanning, inventory systems)
- Flexibility to work weekends with potential overtime
- Valid driver's license preferred
