Responsibilities
- Execute efficient loading, unloading, and staging of freight to ensure timely delivery.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to maintain accurate inventory counts and records.
- Operate powered industrial equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and in compliance with all OSHA regulations.
- Perform quality control checks to verify shipment accuracy and integrity.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve logistical challenges during the night cycle.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required for qualified candidates.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Ability to obtain a forklift certification upon hire.
