Responsibilities
- Execute accurate order picking, packing, and shipping in our climate-controlled facility
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with OSHA-certified safety protocols
- Conduct inventory counts and cycle counts to maintain 99.9% accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve logistical bottlenecks
- Adhere to FDA and DOT compliance standards for hazardous materials handling
- Maintain clean, organized workspace to meet 5S standards
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand/walk 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
- Flexible schedule availability (10 PM - 6 AM, including weekends)
- Valid driver's license preferred but not required
- Experience in warehouse/logistics preferred but not mandatory
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
