Responsibilities
- Oversee weekend warehouse operations including inventory management and order fulfillment
- Coordinate 15+ team members to ensure efficient workflow and safety compliance
- Resolve operational issues and escalate complex problems to management
- Conduct shift briefings and maintain accurate performance documentation
- Implement process improvements to enhance weekend productivity
- Ensure OSHA standards are maintained throughout all shift activities
- Communicate seamlessly with day-shift supervisors for seamless handovers
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years warehouse/supervisory experience
- Valid forklift certification required
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays consistently
- Proficient in warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours per shift
- Basic computer literacy with MS Office Suite
