Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain enterprise systems during night shift operations (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for complex network, server, and cloud infrastructure issues
- Execute system patching, updates, and security protocols during off-peak hours
- Document incident resolutions and maintain detailed knowledge base entries
- Collaborate with global teams for seamless cross-shift handovers and incident escalation
- Proactively identify system vulnerabilities and implement preventive measures
- Participate in emergency incident response and disaster recovery drills
Qualifications
- 3+ years of enterprise IT support experience with night shift exposure
- Expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification required
- Strong analytical skills with ability to troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for global stakeholder engagement
- Ability to work independently in high-pressure situations
- Valid Texas driver's license for occasional on-site emergency visits
