Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound customer inquiries via phone and email.
- Resolve complex issues efficiently while maintaining a high customer satisfaction score.
- Document all interactions and resolutions accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the Monday-Friday team to ensure seamless operations.
- Adhere to company policies and safety protocols at all times.
- Provide technical assistance and product guidance to weekend shoppers.
- Identify and escalate critical issues to senior management when necessary.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service or call center environments preferred.
- Must be available to work Friday through Sunday (rotating shifts).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed of 40+ WPM.
- Reliable internet connection if working remotely (Hybrid option available).
