Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of incoming customer calls and emails regarding logistics and order status.
- Resolve complex customer issues with patience and efficiency to ensure 100% satisfaction.
- Update customer records accurately in our internal CRM systems.
- Collaborate with warehouse and shipping teams to address delivery concerns.
- Adhere to all company policies and safety protocols during weekend operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in customer service or call center environments preferred.
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays on a consistent basis.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and computer navigation.
