Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on rapid resolution.
- Process and verify customer orders and shipping details with 100% accuracy.
- Document all interactions and resolve complex issues within our CRM system (Salesforce/Zendesk).
- Collaborate closely with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Identify and escalate potential process improvements to enhance the customer experience.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety protocols, and quality assurance standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in Business or Communications is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional, customer-first attitude.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (experience with Salesforce preferred).
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
