Job Overview
As a Night Shift Operations Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring inventory accuracy and timely shipment processing. This role is ideal for someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, and ready to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Execute daily inventory counts and stock replenishment tasks accurately.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, in strict adherence to safety protocols.
- Process inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks during the designated night shift window.
- Input data into warehouse management systems (WMS) with high precision.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless operational continuity.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Must be eligible to work legally in the United States.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Basic computer literacy and data entry proficiency.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Physical ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
