Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle technical recruiting for Software Engineering, Data Science, and Product Management roles.
- Utilize advanced sourcing strategies (Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub) to identify passive candidates.
- Conduct thorough phone screens and technical interviews to assess hard and soft skills.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job requisition to offer acceptance.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define technical requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
- Maintain accurate pipeline data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Build a talent pool of high-potential candidates for future roles.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in technical recruiting or talent acquisition.
- Deep understanding of software development stacks (React, Python, Java, AWS).
- Proven success in filling hard-to-fill technical positions.
- Proficiency with ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, Workday).
- Strong network within the DC tech community.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume hiring environment.
